Definition of a flying enthusiast
Someone who takes a cruise to alaska, and talks about the aircraft used to get there.

Hey Randy, I too just got back from a weeklong cruise in the southeastern carribean,  altough there are many great experiences to talk about the cruise, I know how you feel.

Well....I also talked about the float plane that I went in while up there.
 Wink

I even managed to talk them into letting me sit in the right seat in that Otter.

It was pretty neat.  They have a Chelton moving map terrain avoidance display in there also.
And they almost needed it.  It was quite misty, and we were flying between mountains.
The pilot wasn't particularly friendly though unfortunately.

On the flight out it sure was neat coming into Anchorage.
I remember flying the Anchorage area VFR a lot  back in FS2002, and what do you know....it all looks the same in real life!
