Eagle has been hired to fly several top executives from a French automaker to look at possible sites for a new automotive manufacturing
plant here in the US.  The intention is to use the Mississippi River as a transportation hub bring iron ore down out of Canada and export
automobiles out of the US.
Due to the nature this will need to be a VFR assignment.  You will need to fly the assignment under 10,000 feet.
With the exception of the first and last leg of your flight you will need to fly a 50nm circle around the destination airport before landing
and a shorter 25nm circle upon takeoff so that the engineers can photograph the area for ground transportation routes and locations for
the manufacturing plant before flying to the next destination.
You also will need to stay within sight of the river so that your passengers can assess any of the port infrastructures.

Leg 1..........KONT---IFR---KNEW  (pick up charter passengers, Max # depending on aircraft used & 50lbs of luggage each)
Leg 2..........KNEW---VFR---KMEM (First radial before landing & after takeoff)
     Leg 3..........KMEM---VFR---KCGI
     Leg 4..........KCGI----VFR---KCPS
     Leg 5..........KCPS----VFR---KMUT
     Leg 6.........KMUT----VFR---KLSE
Leg 7.........KLSE----VFR----KSTP (Last radial before landing)
Leg 8.........KSTP--VFR/IFR--KONT (VFR after takeoff radial, IFR back to KONT)

*Taxi at airport to and from any GA parking areas.
*Refuel as necessary at any of the airports listed as arrival or destination airports only.
*REFUEL EXCEPTION FOR LEG 1 & 8 as needed at any airport along your IFR flight plan.
*VFR mountain flying is acceptable on Leg 1 only. IFR must be filed after KDEN
